For me it would have to be Brian Moore, that awful rugby commentator who rubbishes all but the English Rugby team, he is a pompous boor and imo. should get the chop.

Clare Balding, but then the BBC would have to cancel most of its output.

God she was awful last year on the Thames for the Queens celebrations and as for Wimbledon that was cringe making.

Paul Martin on Flog It.  He always looks so scruffy, even when meeting titled folk in stately homes he still is in his old jeans, when they do him the honour of wearing a suit. And he says the same things all the time e.g. 'quality always sells' and some such crap. I don't watch it any more because of him. If it was a woman presenter turning up looking so untidy she would soon get the chop.

Also agree about Clare Balding, she's on too much.

Two of the most "affected" presenters around - both in speech and mannerisms.

Brian Moore.  Hates being contradicted.

Chris Evans . Screams at people even a few feet away. Needs to put himself on stun.

Jonathon Ross. Clever but has to be crude.

The BBC Breakfast presenters are so wooden and it is uncomfortable watching them trying to be 'casual and relaxed.'

Easy T, I don't listen to many, either, but am very much aware of the dangerous US talk-radio hosts (such as Rush Limbaugh and many others) who spread hate, misinformation, racism and other discrimination as well as against women.  These are a hugely powerful influence on the political climate in the US since so many people listen to them and actually believe the misinformation they put out there.

Chris Evans without a doubt. I'll never watch Top Gear again knowing he'll be presenting.

Jaye Wynne - BBC Weather presenter. He gabbles and swallows his words, never quite finishing them or sentences off. I have to turn off when he's on.

Alan Carr makes me cringe as does Keith Lemon  :bigstorm:

I agree with some, already posted.

But I especially , don't like Lorraine Kelly . Why doesn't she cut that silly fringe, that she keeps peering through .

Also Aled Jones ( the One Show ) , She's a good enough presenter, but it's her shrill voice I dislike.

Fiona Bruce is fine on programmes like Antiques Roadshow, but I agree about her reading the news. You'd think it was a RADA audition. Newsreaders should be impersonal and detached.

John Humphreys (well past his prime)

Laura (It's all about me!) Kuenssberg  BBC Political commentator

Robert (It's not! It's all about me!!) Peston

Any other correspondent who so much as moves their arms one inch, while presenting.

So that's it then. Might as well go and flog me telly! 'Cos it'll be empty!

I cant switch the radio on in the morning now until after 6.30, and even then I get my No2 hate Chris Evans. he used to be good but he's past his listen by date now.

I noticed that when the paralympians were doing the dance in their wheelchairs, they had an able boded person up there doing it too, (as though to show how it should be done?) What was that all about?

What also annoyed me was that the presenters were standing in the arena, giving their views and predictions re medals, whilst sports were going on behind them.  All they concentrated on was British competitors, not the races/heats.

I listen to BBC Radio London via iPlayer a lot, to remind myself of what I'm missing, and would second the firing of Vanessa Feltz : a biased woman who profusely thanks those interviewees she agrees with and sharply shuts off those she disagrees with.

Apart from her I'd ditch Robert Elms : his choice of music stinks although his regular slot on London's history is quite interesting.

Mind you, Desmond Carrington's choice of music could be a bit stuffy and dire on Radio 2, but listening to his rare plummy tones was always a treat. I miss the old bugger.
Hope for the best, expect the worst, and take what comes.
